The Ministry of Public Health in Netherlands stated that the location will have 10 large and 10 extra- large Corona virus test centers which are scheduled to open in the month of December. The extra-large centers will be sited in the big cities and at Schipol, though it is not designed for travellers coming from the hot spots of Covid-19.
The large and extra- large test centers will get decked with all the amenities to do regular PCR tests as well as rapid tests. It will be able to conduct around 3000 to 12000 tests on a daily basis. In total, they will do around 100 thousand tests daily, almost doubling the present testing capacity of the nation, as the Ministry said.

The extra-large test centers are sited in and around Amsterdam. There will two located near Rotterdam and one each in Groningen, Zwolle, Eindhoven, Utrecht and The Hague. The construction at the sites in The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Groningen has already begun. Amsterdam will get another two big test centers. However, at present not many of the locations are center. But according to the map released by the government, some of the centres will be around Emmen, Enschede, Assen, Heerenveen, Almelo, Arnhem and Nijmegen. Some other names include Breda, Tilburg, Vlissingen, Middleburg, Heerlen and Maastricht.
The Ministry is doing all the efforts to provide the present GGD testing centers with equipment for rapid testing in Zeeland, Friesland and Drenthe.
However, the testing is for those who have the mildest symptoms of corona virus infection. The test can be booked via a hotline number or online.
